Who or what is the character Jesus in the Bible?
We all outgrew the believe in Santa Claus coming through everyone's chimney, or Easter Bunnies painting and distributing hard boiled eggs (-;
Is it fair to ask who or what is Jesus? In a loving way, to facilitate the highest discovery in the human kingdom.
Nobody wants to waste their life through stubbornness or fear. The measure is not what other people told me, or what I believe, but what do I know, here and now. There is something we overlooked our whole life, so far.
The Bible can be a super-important as a tool in understanding our own sufferings and delusions; to lift the veil of our own unaware ignorance.
It can easily get confusing and messy in the Bible, because we encounter so many words that require deep pondering to be understood.
Rarely do we take the time to go beyond our surface thinking mind; the distractions seem endless: What's for dinner? ... Sorry I need to go to the bathroom? ... What was this email notification?
Who or what is Jesus?
Present tense:
Do you take it to heart, do you include your self when it says "unto us"?
Do you take responsibility?
The problem is that we don't know how to examine our own mind; we don't have the inner space to clearly see how our own thinking mind operates and where confusion seeps in.
If the Bible is true -- and it is -- then what is this "I am with you always"?
It cannot be an object perceived through our mind, because nothing in "this world" is permanent.
Depending on your own conditioning -- your past -- Consciousness and Awareness don't mean much. They are maybe just dry, dead concepts.
Don't believe me, but bravely investigate:
Consciousness and God are synonymous: the cause of the phenomena of life.
Jesus and Awareness are synonymous: "without me you can do nothing".
"Truth" is that which never changes.
What in you does never change?
Thank you for your openness (-;
